By commissioning me, you are going to agree to my terms and conditions.After you have filled out the Order Form, I will contact you to confirm that your commission has been accepted.I have the right to refuse any order for any reason.Any violation of the terms and conditions can result in

Payment

-Payment must be paid in full before I begin the painting
(prices are in EUR).-Don't send any payment before I have agreed to accept the commission and no refunds after I started working.

Process & Delivery

-You must complete the Order Form. If I accept, an invoice will be sent to you. Once the payment has been made, you cannot refund.-Your product will take about 2 weeks to be finished, but it may vary because of the amount of commissions I have and when I can start on yours.-I will send you the sketch and after you approved it, there will be no more revisions.-I create the best while retaining creative freedom in pose and character design.-Once it is finished, you will receive the full-resolution painting via
e-mail.-Note that there is no physical product!

Copyright & Usage

-I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork but will not monetarily profit off of it any further.
However, I reserve the right use the commissioned artwork in my social media posts / videos // unless discussed otherwise-You can't make profits from the commissioned piece of any kind (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, reposting as promotion, etc.) unless it's a commercial commission.-If you share the artwork on any social media platforms,
you must credit me.-I do not allow my art to be used to train AI.
